Racism and Hate

Conditions or Labels?

Just tune in the News. It wont be long till you hear these two words. Racism and Hate, being thrown around in both sides of this highly charged political climate.

In this post our purpose is not to identify blame to one party or the other but to understand how these words effect the listener.

No one doubts the reality of racism or hate. They are expressions of the heart of man. Or in other words the "Conditions" of a persons heart.

However these divisive words are used as leverage to war against the opposition. They have become weapons of war to disparage the opposing side. 

In reality these powerful words have become "Labels" applied to vast groups of people. Rather then focusing on the individual we apply "conditions" to a whole party that opposes us.

Each one of us must examine our thinking to see if we are being swayed by a fact of or a highly orchestrated campaign to discredit our opposition.

We need to dig deeper in our heart to see where we really stand on the issues at hand. In this manner we can begin to separate general or all encompassing  labels  from "Conditions" of heart. 

For those of us that are believe in Christ, are we examining our true  perspectives in a Godly manner?
